There’s a profound spiritual awakening unfolding alongside this transformation, one that I believe many of us have been reborn into, with the mission to help shift our world toward higher frequencies—enlightenment.
Through my research, I’ve come across the number 144 multiple times, a sign that’s been showing up for me consistently over the past six months. It seems to be tied to the New-Age concept of starseeds, introduced by Brad Steiger in his 1976 book Gods of Aquarius as souls born into human bodies from other planets or realms. It is also in connection to the ancient notion of the 144,000 original souls sent to this planet or those meant to see the gates of heaven. The underlying foundation I’ve found is that as we awaken and remember our true essence, we are meant to help shine more light and help correct the wrongs of the past, restoring balance to the energies of our world, and guiding us toward enlightenment.
For centuries, the heavy dominance of the divine masculine, rooted in control, competition, and conquest, has been a major part of the problem. This energy has shaped our societal systems to prioritize individualism and promote selfish values. While it has driven progress and wealth for some, this imbalance has fostered toxic dynamics—rigid hierarchies, emotional repression, and the exploitation of both people and the planet.
This isn’t just a women’s issue; this imbalance has created patriarchal systems that also harm men by preventing them from deepening their emotional intelligence and nurturing their own divine feminine energy. We all carry both energies within us, but when we, like our collective society, lean too heavily on one, the imbalance reveals itself in our thoughts, actions, and emotions—spilling into our relationships, beliefs, and daily habits.
