Sacred Sunday: The Wisdom That Protects You
A Proverbs 4 Bibliomancy Message on Intuition, the Divine Feminine, and the Path Within on International Women's Day!
Sacred Sunday is a weekly bibliomancy practice where I provide mystical commentary on sacred texts—most often scripture—and allow Spirit to reveal the wisdom meant for us that week.
Happy Sacred Sunday and International Women’s Day🕊️✨
Today’s bibliomancy message is a bit delayed because I also filmed one on TikTok after feeling pulled to read from The Classic Folktales From Around the World.

It mainly seemed to be about love for that collective, but I noticed a similar underlying theme between the messages overall:
Do not forsake the wisdom of the divine feminine.
There’s a heavy theme here of honoring the divine feminine. Not necessarily women as a gender, but the essence of wisdom itself—that’s why it’s referred to as a she. But it is an energy both women and men alike can seek and reach.
Understanding the Divine Feminine
In the video, I referenced it as a “divine light of creation,” a sacred lodge of truth, peace, and joy found within. It allows us to connect with each other in truth, and this is to have “lasting power in the world”—just as Proverbs 4 describes wisdom as something to cherish, embrace, and honor so that “the years of your life will be many.”
How I see divine feminine energy is a natural sense of ease, peace, and trust in life—in the creator, in yourself and what you create, and in the mysterious future that cannot yet be fully seen or understood.
The feminine energy doesn’t scatter or fret when faced with mystery.
She’s curious. She asks questions. She yearns to understand while also trusting that the answer will be found when it’s meant to. That’s why we often say a woman in her divine feminine energy doesn’t chase—she attracts. Because what we’re really saying is:
Be curious and pay attention to what you’re attracting in the moment.
THIS is how wisdom protects you, exalts you, and honors you. She’s your intuition. The more you love her, nurture her, and pay attention to her, the stronger, clearer, and more direct she becomes in her guidance for you. And also, the stronger your boundaries and discernment become.
This song beautifully captures the emotional memory of truth and connection—something that mirrors how intuition works. Even when things change, the feeling of what was real stays with you.
When the Ego Begins to Break
Recently, I picked up on this important transition occurring for those more rooted in their masculine energy…
They may start looking around at their environments and also within themselves: their thought patterns, habits, social circles, and influences. And this happens because their inner feminine is screaming to be acknowledged after who knows how long she was silenced or suppressed in pursuit of external sources of validation, confirmation, and success. What they should be doing, how they should be feeling and showing up…
But when that external validation eventually stops feeling satisfying enough, the masculine begins to ask a different question:
What else is out there for me?
Did I overlook or misjudge something that could’ve made me happy? Am I unfulfilled because I haven’t allowed myself the freedom and vulnerability to go deeper?
When you begin to stray from your authentic, divinely orchestrated path—direction that can only truly be discovered within—the temptations of the surface-level, external world can quickly and loudly distract you from following your internal compass. It’s quite easy to feel lost and disconnected when living in a society where you’re taught not to access your sacred knowledge, but instead to conform.
Because all that time, you might’ve been thinking that you’re doing the right thing, already enjoying yourself, having fun on the normalized, worn-down, expected path toward finding success.
But is it really enjoyment and success? Or illusion?
The message here echoes the question this song asks so clearly:
“Are you happy in this modern world, or do you need more?”
Sometimes, the ego death begins the moment someone realizes they’ve been living in the shallow end of life.
We all know the phrase misery loves company, and in many ways, this is what the ego death confronts. People living in disconnection to their wisdom don’t realize how much they hold themselves back—and subconsciously attempt to do the same to others.
These are the people who don’t know how to be curious about what they don’t understand. So they attack, shame, blame, and criticize. They don’t feel genuine joy, so they dismiss those who dare to pursue it. They don’t feel peace within themselves, so they constantly seek something external to push them forward.
And often, it causes them to avoid themselves—and passively avoid anyone who notices those shadow parts and tries to shine light on them.
The Deep End of Truth
In my video, I talked about Leo and Scorpio placements and a conversation I had with my dad about how we tend to live in the deep end of life, where people have to work harder to swim out to meet us.
Sometimes it feels colder there because it can be lonelier. But we accomplish so much more when we choose to put in the effort to go deeper; when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, when we allow ourselves to be curious enough to try.
And the mystery of the divine feminine—the wisdom and truth still waiting to be discovered—is waking the masculine up. She’s creating the ego deaths that move things forward collectively, especially when it comes to our heart’s deepest desires.
Another theme that came up in my video involved the folktale of Etain, a Celtic/Irish story about the Sun and Moon goddess. I didn’t even realize the alignment at first, but by the third part of the reading, I had pulled The Sun and The Moon from my tarot deck. It became a major focus, and I absolutely love noticing the true alignment of the synchronicity now!
Etain was the queen of the Land of Heart’s Desire, and she was eventually reclaimed by her king from her mortal lover. Once again, we see the feminine energy asking to be reclaimed—the wisdom of our hearts and emotions.
They are key to discovering our inner truth.
Guarding the Heart
Be keenly aware of how you speak while discovering your heart’s truth. What feels logical to the mind can easily override the deeper truth and light within the heart.
Pause before repeating projections, judgments, guilt, shame, or blame that you’ve internalized from the “wicked” or “evil” influences around you. And maybe even check the way you project judgment back onto them.
Remember that many people have simply forgotten how to connect with themselves and their own sacred lodges. They don’t yet know how to believe in themselves, how to be enough for themselves, or how to listen to the guidance of their own inner divine feminine. But this doesn’t have to stall you from releasing your own inner critic and allowing yourself to dive deeper than the shallows.
You are divinely protected to do so.
And you may even discover a new sense of fulfillment, satisfaction, prosperity, and abundance when you allow yourself to be more vulnerable than you’ve ever allowed before.
