Sacred Sunday: When the Old Clings and the New Calls
A collective oracle message on release, redirection, and reclaiming your power after being stuck in cycles you’ve outgrown.
Happy Sacred Sunday!🌞
I hope this message finds my divine tribe grounded, open-hearted, and maybe even a little curious. This week’s post runs deep and has been unfolding for a while now. Lately, I’ve noticed my spiritual downloads tend to arrive in threes—three days of synchronicities, signs, and reflections, and then the message becomes clear.
I originally planned to film my usual TikTok video for this one, especially since it pairs with a tarot spread, but Spirit told me this one needs to be written down. So here we are! Welcome to a written oracle reading, shaped by waves of insight and storms of synchronicity, pulled straight from the pages of my journal over the past few days.
🔮 Themes for This Sacred Sunday
• Reclamation of self after trauma and codependency
• The cost of transformation and the courage it requires
• Letting go of comfort that has become harmful
• Public healing vs private growth
• Breaking free of projections and building identity on your own terms
This isn’t just a reading. This is a resurrection. And it’s tender, and messy, and weirdly beautiful. If you’ve been in the thick of it lately, know that the shift is already happening. And you don’t have to rush it. You don’t have to force it to make sense yet. You just have to keep choosing yourself.
There’s been a call to slow down, to surrender, and to get radically honest about what’s falling apart… and what’s finally coming together. If you’ve felt like you’re somewhere between rest and revelation, trust me—you’re not alone. As always, I’m offering this from my own experiences—but if your soul recognizes anything in it, know that it’s for you too.
🕷️ It started with a spider…
Let’s begin with the synchronicities that have been weaving through my days and dreams. I was on my usual morning walk when a spider stopped me in my tracks. Ethereal and somewhat mesmerizing. It was seemingly floating through the wind in slow motion, and I sensed a strange feeling of being both pulled in and pushed away.
I’m pretty sure I’m only two steps away from full-blown arachnophobia, so it was surprising that my first instinct wasn’t to scream and run. But after about a minute, I did exactly that—letting fear guide me in a different direction. It felt like a symbol of an old cycle, once familiar, now suddenly unsafe.
I saw a spiderweb shortly after, and it felt like confirmation. Possibly a warning. The spider held the message: something that is both beautiful and terrifying. Something that lures us in—family, friends, a romantic relationship, a job, a version of ourselves we know isn’t sustainable—and yet we keep walking that same path until something (or someone) scares us off of it.

Later, I realized it mirrored the collective energy I’ve been picking up in my collective readings and even with my clients. A soul detour is underway; we’re being pulled from our usual route and called to pay attention to the traps we keep walking into. We’re waking up to cycles we want to leave behind, but that still seduce us in subtle ways. The patterns that are cozy but poisonous.
And that’s when it all started unraveling…
🐦 💩Then came the gnats, the waste, and the dead bird
Maybe 15 minutes after encountering the spider, I passed by a pile of animal waste swarmed with gnats. And a few feet later, a dead bird was also swarmed by gnats. Gross, yes. But symbolically? Huge.
Death and decay. Messages about poor nourishment—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Broken communication. Signs that some of us are feeding off scraps—energetically, relationally, or even in terms of how we’re trying to nurture our bodies, hearts, and minds.
It made me wonder: what are we still holding onto that’s already dead? What are we trying to keep alive with our attention, our energy, and our tendencies to avoid release?
This line then came to me, sharp and sudden, as I passed a stretch of grass I hadn’t realized had grown taller than my 5'10" frame:
“What’s left unchecked or unwatched will grow wildly in the blink of an eye.”

It felt like Spirit was sending a clear message: what we choose to ignore or release doesn’t just disappear. It grows quietly in the background, gaining momentum until it eventually demands our attention. Something we thought was buried or long forgotten may resurface, transformed—louder, bigger, and impossible to overlook.
Through many of my recent readings, this message has been coming through strong, especially when it comes to love. Some of us are finally choosing to stop pouring energy into a connection that wasn’t giving anything real in return. And I’m talking about truly letting go; not checking their socials, not pulling cards or asking a reader to see how they’re feeling, not mentally replaying old conversations or imagining what you’d say if they reached out.
And of course, the second your energy truly detaches, they feel it. That’s when they often try to come back, this time with what looks like a more stable or enticing offer. But Spirit is also confirming something else. For many of us, it’s already too late. That offer is coming from the same place that once left you starving, trying to survive off emotional crumbs and scraps.
This is the chapter where you move with clarity, rooted in what you’ve learned, eyes only on what lies ahead—because looking back is no longer an option.
And then, as if the Universe wanted me to tie it all together…
🎤 Danielle Bregoli showed up with a message
Yep, Bhad Bhabie, the “Cash Me Outside” girl. But not like that.
While making my way back home, I came across some of Danielle’s recent videos, and I saw something profound. I saw a soul asking for help. Someone being vulnerable in hopes of finally being seen and supported for who she is now, not who the internet decided she was nearly a decade ago.

She spoke about how exhausting it is to be constantly reminded of her past. To be dragged, judged, mocked, and memed—even as she’s actively trying to grow, change, and heal. And it isn’t just the haters doing this. It’s her own fans, the same people she interacts with and entertains. She just wanted to be acknowledged as a human being. Not a headline. Not a joke. Not the wild girl from that viral clip in 2016, and that really hit me deeply.
Danielle’s presence in my synchronicities felt like a mirror. We want our growth to be seen, but we’re still being haunted by who we used to be. Her story touches on a deeper collective wound around the feminine, shame, and being misunderstood in our most tender transitions.
When it comes to celebrities, I genuinely pray over their mental health. I can’t imagine living my life in front of millions to watch, under constant judgment from strangers who know nothing about the layers behind the scenes. We forget that just because we see people, doesn’t mean we know them. We, as a society, are wayyy too quick to pass judgment, laugh, criticize, and label without compassion.
But this isn’t about fame. It’s about public healing versus private growth. About being seen through the lens of who we were, not who we are. And trying to evolve in spaces that keep poking at our pain.
Right after I finished watching her videos, I noticed something strange: a dead, uprooted baby tree.
Suddenly, I felt a message about early trauma and displacement. Many of us are only now realizing how much was stolen or lost in childhood or early adulthood—our innocence, freedom, identity, and voice. That recognition is quietly unraveling everything.
Those roots were meant to nourish us, but they were ripped out too soon. And yet, somehow, we’re still growing. Still reaching for light. Even if we had to replant ourselves.
We’re becoming more than our trauma. It’s messy, slow, but brave.
🌉 And then… bridges.
The final thread that tied all of this together was a profound download about bridges. It might have to do with burning them—I kept hearing the nursery rhyme “London Bridge is falling down…” and followed that rabbit hole straight into a pile of synchronicities.
The rhyme connects to the Great Fire of London in 1666—six being the number of transition, balance, and the breaking of co-dependent bonds. It is also tied to a Viking attack led by Olaf II, which strangely brought me to Olaf from Frozen. More symbolism around someone’s childhood, family, siblings, sisterhood, and the wounded feminine. And then I stumbled across deeper theories that the original bridge may have been linked to ritual sacrifice—some believed people, possibly even children, were buried beneath it to keep it standing. That’s when I knew.
The bridge reflects the collective state. Something is collapsing—an old identity, an outdated foundation, or a no-longer-aligned way of relating. And for some, it’s already in flames. This moment is about breaking co-dependent bonds. It’s about ancestral pain rising to the surface. About those of us who were uprooted too young and never truly felt safe again.
The word “Isis” became significant as well. It’s another name for the River Thames, which the London Bridge is built over, and it also connects to the Divine Feminine. The ancient Egyptian goddess Isis is a symbol of resurrection, protection, healing, motherhood, and reclaiming what was once lost. Many of us are revisiting deep-rooted family wounds, especially those tied to the feminine—our sisters, our mothers, our inner children.
Some of us are being asked to let go of people we’ve outgrown. Or finally walk toward an opportunity we’ve been overlooking or avoiding out of fear. This opportunity may be tied to a deep desire to move, not just in the physical sense, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually too. We’re starting to understand that not every bridge needs to be rebuilt. And sometimes, the collapse is what we need to set us free.
That brings me to the spread I pulled to clarify the synchronicities for this post. The energy of this one is heavy, but it’s necessary:
🔮 The Reading
From 05/22/2025
Middle Card—The Current Energy / Catalyst: Four of Swords
(with the Ace of Cups reversed at the bottom of the deck)
The collective is being asked to rest, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. This isn’t the kind of rest where you nap and feel better after. This is deep integration. The Four of Swords says something is healing after a period of intensity. You may have already cried it out or realized how depleted you've felt. The Ace of Cups reversed shows this is personal. Your cup has been empty, and it's time to fill it with intention and care.
This is a sacred pause. A moment of burnout and quiet processing. Many of us are retreating inward to reconnect with our hearts and emotions.
Bottom Card—What’s Being Left Behind: Nine of Pentacles reversed
(with Five of Pentacles at the bottom of the deck and the World reversed at the top)
The illusion of independence as survival is cracking. The Nine reversed reveals how lonely “holding it all together” can feel. The Five of Pentacles speaks to abandonment wounds and feeling unseen, while the World reversed shows a karmic cycle still in motion—but you’re now aware of it. Things might feel out of control, but you’re closer to freedom than you think.
We’re releasing the need to carry it all alone. There’s grief, financial stress, and exhaustion here, but also a quiet promise: this chapter is ending. You're not alone, even if it feels that way.
Top Card—What Is Emerging: Five of Cups
(King of Swords reversed at the top of the deck)
Grief is surfacing; not fresh, but old and unprocessed. Regret. Disappointment. Mourning what never was. The King reversed suggests you’ve tried to stay logical or detached, but that’s no longer working. This is emotional clarity. You’re allowed to grieve. It’s part of letting go.
We’re being asked to face what’s been buried under pride, silence, or fear. Through that grief, truth will emerge—and so will a new vision.
Card on the Left—The Sacrifice Required: Nine of Wands reversed
It’s time to stop “pushing through”. The Nine reversed is pure exhaustion. You’ve fought long enough. The sacrifice might be pride or the belief that you always have to be strong. The battle is over. The wall you built is now blocking what’s trying to reach you.
Lay your armor down. Let yourself rest. Strength looks different now.
Card on the Right—The Hidden Blessing / Phoenix Moment: Queen of Wands reversed
This one surprised me. This Queen reversed often feels like insecurity, like being out of touch with your inner fire. But in this context, it’s more of a reminder: your power doesn’t have to be performative. This isn’t about proving your strength or performing with confidence. It’s about reconnecting with your sacred fire from the inside out.
Your glow-up is internal. Quiet. Real. Even if the world doesn’t see it yet, it’s already begun. You’re rising from the ashes!
Extra Pull—How to Protect Your Peace: Seven of Pentacles reversed
(the Tower at the top of the deck, the Star at the bottom)
Protect your peace by not watering dead plants. The Seven reversed signals wasted energy. The Tower says a breakdown is either happening or overdue—but the Star shows what’s on the other side: hope, clarity, renewal. Real, radiant, post-crash out type of hope. You’re going to realize that you’re not being punished. You’re being redirected.
You need space to thrive. Space from old dreams, worn-out connections, and your own impatience. Your healing is happening, even in the chaos. Let what falls, fall. What remains will be sacred.
🦉 The New Synchronicities: From Collapse to Clarity
I put the spread down, thinking the download was complete, but Spirit said Not yet! Because the synchronicities were still been unrelenting.
They’ve been showing up everywhere. Like divine breadcrumbs in a storm, trying to pull me toward something I couldn’t quite see just yet (AKA: Pattern recognition on overdrive).
From 05/23/2025: 111. 1111. 234. 1234. 555. 666. 777. 911. 711. Seeing an owl during my early morning walk?
911 + 711: I see emergency energy meets spiritual alignment. Something is shifting fast, and Spirit wants you to be aware. You’re being divinely redirected.
Owl: Ancient wisdom. Seeing in the dark. You’re being gifted sight beyond illusion—trust it.
1111, 111, 234, 1234, 555, 666, 777: Something is ending so manifestations can start coming through (1111), youre being guided toward a breakthrough or new beginning (111), change coming fast (555), confirmation you’re taking the necessary steps to move forward (234, 1234), a spiritual truth is rising (777).
You’re being protected while your path reorients! An energetic “course correction” is happening in real time.
The clarifying tarot pull: Five of Wands reversed, King of Wands, and Eight of Swords reversed
→ finally laying down the fight or resistance
→ stepping into leadership to act on inspiration, not ego. To free ourselves.
→ breaking out of a mental prison or victim mindset
There’s a heaviness of fire here. Aries, Leo, and Sag energy. It’s not loud though—it’s weary. It’s you, or someone around you, realizing that fighting for something that keeps draining them isn’t strength, it’s self-betrayal. And yet, out of that burnout comes inspired action. This could even be someone who had been avoiding “taking off the blindfold”. This is a decision to stop denying oneself. To get honest. To move forward.
From 05/23/2025: 411, 333, 222
411: Information drop. Truth coming in. Someone may be about to share something or have a mental breakthrough.
333: Spirit team surrounding you. Divine alignment.
222: Balance, harmony, sacred timing. You’re not missing out — it’s unfolding exactly how it should.
The clarifying tarot pull: Six of Swords (clarified by Nine of Pentacles). Top of the deck at different moments: Ace of Swords reversed, The Hermit, Wheel of Fortune, Ace of Pentacles reversed
→ being guided into calmer waters
→ moving forward from confusion, isolation, and scarcity—toward something more stable and rooted.
→ someone possibly “trying their luck” again, either in love or a missed opportunity, but the real question is: Is this part of your evolution or another test?
A larger cycle is finally completing! You’re going to be seeing things from a new angle, and it’ll push you to act differently than you have in the past.

We are all rebuilding something right now. Our confidence. Our homes. Our safety. Our voice. Sometimes it takes a spider to stop us in our tracks. Sometimes it takes a nursery rhyme to make us cry. Sometimes we just need to feel like someone gets it.
And I do. I’m 27 and walking this path right alongside you. I don’t have it all figured out, but I do know this: when your soul sends messages, even through dead birds and old rhymes, you listen. You trust. You keep going. You build your own damn bridge!
