I recently stumbled upon the notes I took from my personal tarot reading back at the start of October, and I was blown away by how spot-on it was.
At the time, I was a bit hesitant about my accuracy in pulling and interpreting cards, but here I am now, feeling far more grounded and confident in my abilities.
As a way to further hone my skills, I’m excited to pull a card for each zodiac sign to reveal their overarching theme for November!
Being the 11th month, November carries the energy of fresh beginnings, and it kicks off with a Scorpio new moon on the 1st! New moons are all about introspection and setting new cycles in motion. With its powerful Pluto and Mars rulership, Scorpio's influence asks us to confront the raw, hidden truths within ourselves and dive into some deep shadow work.
At this time, the veil between realms will be at its thinnest, so you might receive clear guidance from your angels and spirits, inviting you to dig deep and create a solid foundation to welcome this new beginning. A choice awaits us all—will you stick to what feels comfortable or face the truth and forge a path forward?
Remember, you are divinely protected. Every challenge that comes your way is designed to help you break through limiting beliefs or blockages that could be holding you back from your next phase in life.
Now, let’s see what each zodiac sign might be facing this November!
Aries
(March 21 - April 19)
Aries, November brings you swift, fiery momentum with the Eight of Wands. This is a month of action—expect fast changes, possibly in career or business, and even travel may be on the horizon!
You might also be processing feelings of regret or disappointment. If you've been hiding the truth, now’s the time to be honest, or you may receive an apology if you've been wronged. Lean into compassion and optimism as you move forward; your mindset will attract what you need to heal and grow.
Taurus
(April 20 - May 20)
For you, Taurus, I pulled the King of Cups, signaling that you may be finding a deeper emotional balance or gaining control over a situation that has stirred your feelings. This King embodies compassion, tolerance, and nurturing energy, guiding you to emotional clarity and empathy. If you’re offering support to others this month, approach it with patience and understanding. Alternatively, the King of Cups may represent someone coming into your life to provide guidance—potentially someone with strong Pisces or Aquarius placements.
At the top of the deck, I see the King of Pentacles in reverse, suggesting themes of overindulgence, material concerns, or a sense of instability. Yet, with the Ace of Swords at the bottom, there’s a breakthrough or "aha!" moment on the horizon. This newfound mental clarity, paired with the emotional wisdom of the King of Cups, could bring a renewed sense of purpose and direction.
Together, these cards encourage you to draw on both emotional stability and clear insight to address any areas of imbalance that the reversed King of Pentacles represents in your life right now.
Gemini
(May 21 - June 20)
Gemini, I’m seeing some Scorpio energy coming through for you. With the Seven of Cups, it looks like November may bring a wave of new opportunities and possibilities—but also a touch of illusion or wishful thinking. These options may appear tempting, yet might not all be grounded in reality. You could be searching for a new direction or daydreaming about several paths you’d like to explore, but this excitement might make it hard to commit to just one. Are you romanticizing something or seeing it through rose-colored glasses? The Seven of Cups says: maybe.
Rather than relying solely on feelings, this is a time to engage your logic. Like Taurus, you also have the Ace of Swords at the bottom of the deck, suggesting an opportunity for clarity is on the horizon. This energy will help you discern which options are truly worth pursuing and which may just be distractions. Trust your instincts, sharpen your focus, and use this newfound clarity to navigate your choices in November.
Cancer
(June 21 - July 22)
Cancer, I see a wish coming true with the Nine of Cups—how exciting! It feels like there’s a lot in store for you this November since several cards kept trying to jump out while shuffling. But focusing on this Nine of Cups, it looks like the month will be filled with fulfillment, gratitude, and personal satisfaction.
You may have been working hard toward a goal or wishing for something deeply, and now you’re finally getting to experience the reward. With the Seven of Cups in reverse at the bottom of the deck, this fulfillment comes with a newfound clarity. November brings a chance to move past any lingering illusions or distractions, helping you zero in on what really matters. You’ll be making intentional choices that bring true satisfaction, steering clear of any old indecision or unrealistic daydreams.
Allow your choices to reflect your truest values and desires this month. Savor the moment and bask in your joy, and don’t forget to lean into gratitude and appreciation for all you’ve achieved!
Leo
(July 23 - August 22)
Leo, as one of your own, I can confidently say we have some fantastic news ahead! With Mars entering our sign on November 3rd and Venus following on November 9th, we're in for a boost of energy and confidence alongside a sprinkle of romance and creativity. This cosmic alignment will amplify our self-expression, attraction, and passion, making it the perfect moment to chase after our desires!
The appearance of the Ace of Wands suggests that we can expect an intense urge to create and embark on new projects. This card symbolizes willpower, ambition, and the potential for growth and new opportunities. Personally, I've been feeling this energetic shift, as if something significant is about to unfold for us within the next month. If not in November, definitely by the end of December. It's time for us to reclaim our power and step into our boldest selves!
With the King of Pentacles at the bottom of the deck, this reinforces that an opportunity for wealth, abundance, and prosperity is on the horizon. Get ready to embrace this wave of positive energy and the opportunities that await us!
Virgo
(August 23 - September 22)
Hey Virgo, my lovely rising sign! This month, I pulled two cards for you, one being The Hermit which aligns with the Three of Cups reversed sitting at the top of the deck. It looks like November is calling for some time away from social obligations. You might find that you’ve been over-socializing or struggling with boundaries in your community. It’s a good time to disconnect and recharge your energy.
With the second card pulled, the Knight of Wands reversed, this period of solitude could be particularly beneficial. You may be dealing with feelings of frustration or scattered energy, often stemming from heavy socializing, gossip, or delays in plans. You might also feel hesitant to commit to a passion project or find yourself rushing into one without thinking it through. The Knight typically charges into action, but in reverse, he reminds us to slow down and reassess our motivations.
Use November to engage in reevaluation, introspection, and meditation. What are you trying to rush into? Taking the time to reflect will help you find clarity and direction.
Libra
(September 23 - October 22)
Hey Libra, as a fellow Libra Moon, I’ve been picking up on some heart heaviness around you lately. How have you been feeling?
With the Ace of Cups reversed it looks like you might be working through some emotional blockages or even lingering disappointments in November. There could be unresolved emotions that need attention, so it’s a good time to turn inward and focus on self-nurturing and self-love. Make sure your own cup is full before you pour into others.
Alternatively, you might be pouring yourself into a creative project or following your intuition on a specific matter. Personal passions are likely a big focus this month.
With the King of Wands at the top of the deck, remember that you’re a natural leader, a visionary with a strong sense of purpose. This fiery energy is all about stepping into your power and tapping into that inner strength—challenges won’t hold you back for long. You’re seeing the bigger picture and have what it takes to overcome any setbacks, especially if they involve your career.
Scorpio
(October 23 - November 21)
Not to take away from your season, Scorpio—but with The Empress reversed here, it seems you could use a dose of self-love. You might be overextending yourself or feeling some struggles with self-worth or self-acceptance. This was actually the card I pulled when I began working with the goddess Venus/Aphrodite, so if you’re interested, you may want to look into working with her energy for support. It could be a great time to start researching her if that resonates with you.
This card can also point to creative blocks that come from feeling disconnected, as well as tendencies toward selfishness, indecision, anxiety, and even inaction. Alongside The Lovers, it suggests that nurturing yourself might help you navigate an important decision this month. This choice could center around a relationship, a passion project, or perhaps a business partnership. Make sure your decision aligns with your true values and reflects your genuine needs and desires.
Sagittarius
(November 22 - December 21)
Sagittarius, transformation is on the horizon for you—Death jumped out of the deck fast! Don’t be alarmed by the name; Death represents the end of a cycle so that a fresh beginning can take root. November is calling you to embrace change instead of resisting it.
With the Nine of Wands reversed at the top of the deck, you might already feel a bit uneasy about this shift. There’s a sense of exhaustion here, as if you’ve been constantly defending or protecting yourself. This card urges you to lower those defenses and release anything that’s been weighing you down. Clinging to what no longer serves you can keep you from receiving what’s truly meant for you. If you’re feeling drained, don’t hesitate to reach out for support.
At the bottom of the deck, Judgment suggests that November could be a time of deep reflection. You’re likely to revisit past choices and experiences, drawing wisdom from them and rising into a higher version of yourself. Expect some powerful epiphanies that steer you closer to your true purpose.
Capricorn
(December 22 - January 19)
Capricorn, November brings clarity and breakthroughs with the Ace of Swords (and maybe even surgery?)—prepare for sharp insights and fresh perspectives!
However, with the Seven of Pentacles reversed at the top of the deck, you may feel impatient or frustrated with slow progress. This month encourages you to focus on aligning your efforts with clear goals, ensuring that your hard work is directed toward what truly matters. Embrace the clarity of the Ace to cut through doubts and find a smarter approach to achieve your ambitions. If not, I do fear some type of financial loss, worry, or insecurity coming up here with the Five of Pentacles at the bottom of the deck.
Aquarius
(January 20 - February 18)
Aquarius, November is calling you to rebalance your energy and resources. With the Six of Pentacles reversed, it’s time to look closely at where you might be overextending or not giving enough—this imbalance could be draining you. There may even be some power dynamics or struggles around control this month.
The King of Wands reversed at the top of the deck suggests that impulsiveness or sky-high expectations are at play, potentially stirring up frustrations and affecting your confidence. If someone (or maybe even you) is acting a bit too high and mighty, it could create blocks to progress. Paired with the Ten of Pentacles reversed at the bottom, this speaks to the dark side of wealth and potential instability in long-term plans, perhaps tied to financial concerns or fleeting success.
Remember, true leadership comes from balance and fairness. This month invites you to reflect on where you might be leading with too heavy a hand. The universe is nudging you to make any needed adjustments now to avoid future setbacks—because better things are waiting for you. Don’t hold yourself back by thinking you’re too good for growth and real change yourself.
Pisces
(February 19 - March 20)
Pisces, November invites you to pause and reflect as The Fool reversed emerges in your reading. This card suggests a need for caution and introspection; you might be feeling hesitant or unsure about taking a leap into the unknown. There could be a tendency to rush into new experiences without fully considering the risks, leading to potential pitfalls.
This month encourages you to take a step back and evaluate your next moves. Are you truly ready to embark on a new journey, or are there unresolved issues holding you back? Embrace this time to gather your thoughts and prepare yourself for the opportunities ahead. Remember, taking the time to plan and align with your intuition will help you make the most of what’s to come.
I hope these readings offer valuable insights to help you navigate the month ahead! If you can, I’d appreciate your feedback at the end of the month to see how everything aligns or if you’re already experiencing some of it now.
Wishing you all a fantastic November!
