Weekly Energy Forecast: November 17th–23rd, 2025

This past week has been an emotional doozy, y’all.

With all these planets splashing around in water signs, especially Scorpio, it’s no wonder everything felt extra intense, extra deep, and extra messy in the most spiritual way possible. Of course the theme of illumination popped up… Scorpio said, “Let me turn on ALL the lights.”

With Scorpio ruling my third house, sitting on my Chiron, and touching my Part of Fortune, this energy hit exactly where it always does for me: old emotional wounds, communication blocks, and boundaries I’ve never been fully comfortable accepting, facing, or actually speaking out loud. It all bubbled up at once.

There are so many parts of myself I’m still learning about—or maybe remembering is the better word. I keep re-meeting pieces I’ve hidden or felt shame around, the guilt I carry, and all the ways I’ve chosen to mask and perform to please others instead of making sure I’m truly satisfied and seen.

It’s uncomfortable for me to speak up about my needs, the boundaries that are still forming, and how I’ve avoided showing up as authentically as I could. It all comes from the usual fears: being too much, not enough, fear of rejection or abandonment, pressuring myself to “compromise” in ways that leave my own needs ignored and tossed aside.

This week, I hit a ceiling I know I was meant to break through, and it was tough. Romantically, I realized more about how I attempt to merge my life with someone else, idealistically instead of realistically. So I had to start facing the fears and worries I’ve been suppressing, the things that have kept me holding back for far too long.

This time, I will show myself that a different outcome is possible, beyond the ones that my fears usually paint for me.

I eventually found my way to expressing myself—messily, and probably more times than necessary—but it was my wounded voice that needed the practice. Even though shaky, my confidence was enough to speak on things that needed to be said. Otherwise, bitterness and resentment would have continued to build, and I’m tired of carrying those things on my back for reasons only I can untangle.

It felt like a necessary purge. And boy, has my body been reminding me of it: headaches, migraines, going to sleep drained and sick. That in itself is a signal that something needs to be faced and released.
