All of the above! I’ve spent so much time in therapy, shadow work, and understanding my mental health that I naturally analyze things from a cognitive place first. But as I’ve learned more about astrology, I’ve started blending it all together and paying attention to how the transits might be influencing us, for those who read from that perspective. I know I can only write from my personal experience, but for the wider collective I use astrology to highlight the overall energy!
